'I've been working for Kraft in Turin, Italy, since 1999. I'm the Plant Personnel Administrator, handling employment, training and auditing.

'Kraft is a multinational company, founded in the US and operating in 68 countries worldwide, so writing, speaking and understanding English is important.

'Studying English for Speakers of Other Languages locally, with my colleagues at Turin's Oxford Chieri Centre, has been really helpful. Getting a First Class Pass was a huge bonus, too.'

General English Qualifications

These qualifications are aimed at learners who need to prove and improve their English to communicate in everyday scenarios. Set at six levels and developed from the Common European Framework (CEF), each qualification targets different language skills. They can be taken separately or as a combined qualification.

International ESOL

International ESOL (English for Speakers of other Languages) is a communicative test of English language proficiency focusing on reading, writing and listening skills. There are six levels aimed at the levels of the CEF.
